Is Fitreon Studio really free?
Yes. Every feature is free, with no monthly cost and no time limit. Fitreon earns its 2.0% fee when you take an electronic payment, and nothing otherwise.
What is Stripe?
Stripe is one of the largest payment companies in the world. It processes payments for businesses like Amazon, Google and Shopify. Fitreon uses Stripe to move money from your clients to your bank account.
Are Stripe's fees included in the percentage?
No. Stripe charges its standard processing fees on each electronic payment, billed to your studio. The Fitreon percentage is separate, and it's the only fee Fitreon takes.
Do I need to provide ID and bank details?
Only if you sign up for an Electronic Payments account. Anyone taking card payments must be identity-checked under Australian and US law, the same checks a bank runs before opening an account. Stripe runs the check during setup. Your documents go to Stripe, not Fitreon.
Does Fitreon see my banking or card information?
No. Card numbers, bank details and identity documents go directly to Stripe. Fitreon never sees or stores them.
What can my clients pay with?
Cards in both markets, BECS (bank account) direct debit in Australia and ACH (bank account) direct debit in the United States, all through Stripe. You can also record cash, EFTPOS and bank-transfer payments.
Do clients need to install anything?
No. Each client gets a private link that opens their portal in the browser. They can check their history and pay invoices from their phone.
Can people buy from me online?
Yes. Publish your hosted store page, share a direct link to any item, or embed your packages on your own website.
My clients are part-way through packages. Can I move them over?
Yes. Opening balances let you bring each client across with their current sessions remaining.
